1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using List Infinity Pro ("the Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Program.

2. The Offer

List Infinity Pro is a one-time purchase that includes a $25 administration fee and a $100 sponsor commission paid directly to your referring sponsor. Members receive access to digital marketing tools, training, downloadable resources, and the ability to earn $100 instant commissions on their own referrals. There are no monthly fees.

3. Digital Access

Upon successful payment, members receive immediate digital access to all included tools, training materials, downloads, and their personal affiliate link. Access is granted instantly and cannot be revoked once delivered, except in cases of policy violation.

4. Member Responsibilities

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
You agree to promote List Infinity Pro honestly and ethically, without spam, false claims, or misleading earnings statements.
You may not misrepresent the Program, its compensation, or its features.
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including tax reporting on commissions earned.

5. Earnings Disclaimer

Earnings are not guaranteed. Income depends on individual effort, marketing skill, audience size, and market conditions. Any income examples shown are for illustration only and do not represent typical results. List Infinity Pro makes no promise or guarantee of income.

6. Refunds

Because List Infinity Pro provides immediate digital access to all tools, training, and resources upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any member account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, spams, or harms the reputation of the Program. Terminated accounts forfeit access without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All training materials, PDFs, swipes, banners, and downloadable content are the property of List Infinity Pro or its licensors. Members are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use these materials for promoting the Program. Resale rights, where granted, are limited to the specific PDFs marked as resellable.

9. Limitation of Liability

List Infinity Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Program.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
